I am on day 3 of a month long trip to Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.  My first day out (Monday) the fridge did not get cool and I thought maybe it would just take longer since it is so hot out.  I haven’t done much traveling in high temp conditions as I prefer cooler weather and smaller crowds.  Day two, still not cooling and I realized it needed to be seen by a service technician.  I am hundreds of miles from home and no ide idea who to call or where to go.
  I called Good Sam and asked for recommendation in Kansas City area.  Your company was first on the list, so I called them first.  Initially they told me that they could not possibly look at my rig since the current wait for an appointment is 3 weeks.  (I later heard this confirmed several times while I waited in your office)  After hearing my story, Dexter told me that I could “bump” others waiting if I agreed to pay for 2 hours of the tech’s time.  He gave me your address for my GPS since he had no idea where my current location was.  We discussed how it could take some time if we had to wait on parts etc.  Once at your shop, I was simply amazed at the friendly, over the top fantastic service I received.  Dawn and the other girl out front insisted I bring my dog inside the cool office, offered me cold water to drink and chatted pleasantly with me the whole time, in between answering phone calls and waiting on other customers.  I have an extended warranty plan which covers my entire coach and all its systems but Dexter explained that it would probably be faster if I paid you, then filed a claim with them later and I agreed.  Barely an hour later he told me I was good to go.  I could not believe it!  He and the other tech also climbed on the roof to correctly situate my antenna, showed me an electrical connection and explained how I should be using it, and taught me to use my generator.  Every single employee I met was AWESOME!!!  You deserve the highest rating possible and you can be sure I will share my story with everyone I know.

It comes so little these days that customer service is a way of life and not a false promise.  I was pleased to hear that Premier Coach could get my Monaco Windsor motorhome in for some awning repair work on such short notice; it is apparent that this company practices good customer service.

I am excited about the mere fact that Premier bends over backwards to service our motorhome.  I will make an effort to tell all of my RV friends about the wonderful people at Premier Coach of Riverside, Missouri.

To All the GANG at Premier Coach Services:

Last fall, due to many life changes, we made the decision to sell our farm and home and become fulltime RV Travelers.  Since we had never owned any type of RV, we began to “research” the subject.  After visiting several RV web sites, talking with other RV owners, reading RV info books, etc, we thought we were armed with enough information to begin the process of buying our new home. 

We searched online at internet RV sales web pages, went to RV shows and talked with RV dealers and other RV owners.  Of the many RV dealers we visited, we kept returning to Premier Coach in Riverside, MO.  They were the first dealership we visited & the only one that was as interested in answering our questions so we could make an informed decision as they were in selling us an RV.  

The first person we spoke with at Premier Coach was the service manager, Joe.  We learned more in 30 minutes from him than we had in the last several months of research.  Joe was not only informative but actually answered questions that we had not  thought of yet.  He talked to us on a level that we could understand and provided us with good solid information and advice.  We also visited several other RV dealers, but were not impressed by the dealerships nor their salesmen.  They only seemed interested in making a sale and not in answering our questions. 

We then returned home to digest everything we had learned, make a decision and decided to return to Premier Coach.  There we met with Joe and Charlie the sales manager.  Charlie explained the many options available in RV’s and what was available.  We drove a Motor home for the first time and had an excellent advisor in Charlie.  After talking with Charlie and Joe a few more times we developed a list of what we were looking for in a motor home and sent them to Charlie. Sometime later Charlie called to say that he thought that he had coach coming in that we would like.  We happened to be in Kansas City and were waiting at the dealership when Joe arrived with a beautiful Class A RV, Monaco Cayman XL.  We took a look, thought about it overnight and decided that it was indeed what we wanted.

After we purchased the coach the next person that we became familiar with was Josh, the shop manager.  Josh is a never ending wealth of knowledge about RV’s.  We had a few small issues and Charlie, Jo, and Josh always have an answer, are able to correct the problem and give us good sensible advice on many different facets of an RV life. Josh even made a late night run across town to fix a problem we had on our first outing with the rig.  Everyone at Premier have assisted us in one way or another to make our new adventure an enjoyable one.  Charlie, Joe, and Josh have remained available to answer any question that may arise, even after the sale.

We highly recommend Premier Coach and especially Joe, Charlie and Josh, for buying, trading or service on your RV.  Everyone we’ve worked with at Premier from the owners, office staff, sales & service have been wonderful. Any one that is looking to purchase an RV, whether they are “newbie’s” like us, or the seasoned “RV’er who is looking to upgrade to a newer home should visit Premier Coach in Riverside, MO.

Warren and I wanted to express our thankfulness for your call.  After shopping around for our RV and visiting with several dealerships we knew that Premier was far and above the others.

Joe, Charlie, Dawn and Josh were extremely professional and genuine.  As customers we felt valued and cared for.  As first time RV (motor home) buyers that meant everything to us.

Joe even built a step for our little dog, Bruiser, to be able to get up on the bed.  That touched my heart deeply.  When Warren called with quesitons on our 1st trip out he was walked through a couple of issues but always made to feel cared for and not embarrassed for asking his questions.  Thank you!

Dear Joe and Linda,
Thanks for handling the problem with our AC/Heat Pump. It could have spoiled our three month trip.
On our way to Alaska from Maryville, TN, the front AC/Heat Pump seized up on June 1, 2011 in Grand Rapids, KY. We had plans to be with friends in Auburn, NE on Friday evening through Sunday. The weather was extremely hot and we wanted the unit repaired ASAP.
We called Premier Coach and the unit was ordered. On Friday morning, June 3, 2011, they replaced AC/Heat Pump. They handled our problem even though it was a very busy time for them. We did not have to change our plans and were able to continue our trip. Our trip went on with only a hiccup. Our three month trip was so great that we plan to do it again.
Thanks again for the quick response of Joe Vendegna and the shop at Premier Coach. If we lived in the area we would definitely be a regular customer of Premier Coach.
